Widely, yes — EV charging is common in Denver's higher-end buildings, and it's one of the first things we check on a building. Worth knowing: at a lot of these buildings the electricity for the chargers isn't separately metered, so charging is effectively included. You're paying for it inside your rent, but you're not paying a utility for it and you're not visiting a gas station.
At many of the higher-end buildings, yes. You pull up and hand over the car. At the buildings we've asked, valet attendants are salaried rather than tip-dependent — worth asking at any building you're considering. People tip anyway and nobody minds.
It's common now for buildings to consolidate them. Electricity, water, sewer, gas and trash are billed through the resident portal alongside your rent, so it's one payment instead of five accounts to set up and cancel. The usual exception is internet — you'll typically still choose and pay your own provider.
