Not buildings — units. We go through the luxury market, narrow to the specific homes inside each building that actually fit what you described, and tell you what we honestly think of each one.
Fewer tours, chosen on purpose. We don't put anything on the list we wouldn't stand next to you in. We schedule it, and we come along when it helps.
What each building is currently offering, how it actually lives day to day, and where we’d tell a friend to be careful. Specials move fast — as of August 2026 they were changing week to week — so you hear what is on the table now, not what a listing page says.
