Code of Ethics
The BRIATON Connections Code of Ethics
Every business listed in the directory signs this before it is published.
- Quote it before you start. Give the customer a clear price or a written estimate before work starts, and say what is and is not included.
- Charge what you quoted. No surprise add-ons. If the job changes, ask first and get the customer's okay before the price does.
- Treat their property like it's yours. Homes, vehicles, yards and businesses — leave them the way you'd want yours left.
- Say what your product or service really does. Be straight about what's included, how long it lasts and what upkeep it needs. Put any warranty in writing.
- Hold the licenses and insurance your work requires. Carry every license, registration and insurance policy Arizona and your city or county require for what you do.
- Respect the customer's time. Show up when you said, keep the customer informed, and return calls.
- Handle complaints honestly. Listen, make it right where you were wrong, and never pressure, threaten or retaliate over a review.
- Compete fairly. No fake reviews, no bait-and-switch pricing, no running down a competitor with claims you can't back up.
A business that breaks the Code can be removed from the directory. If a listed business didn't live up to it, tell us.
