Who, what, when, where and why

Who I am
I've spent more than 20 years bringing people, businesses and communities together. Now I'm bringing that to Arizona businesses through Annie's Action AI — no pressure, no complicated sales pitch, just real conversations.

What I do
I help Arizona businesses make connections and grow. Through Annie's Action AI I bring practical, affordable tools — websites, local search and AI visibility, social media, digital ads, AI automation and online listings. Annie's team handles the technical side; I focus on understanding your goals and your budget.

When we can talk
By appointment, at a time that suits you. Reach out for a friendly, no-pressure chat.

Where I work
I'm based in San Tan Valley and work across the East Valley and beyond — Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa and the rest of Arizona. Most of it happens by phone, email or video, so there's no office to drive to.

Why I do it
I believe connections create success. Small businesses deserve the same chances to grow as the big ones, without heavy technology costs.
The best opportunities start with genuine relationships
Small businesses grow on introductions. That's the work.
Customers to local businesses
Every Arizona town has a page, so people can find the independent businesses near them.
Businesses to vendors
The printer, the bookkeeper, the sign shop — Toni introduces owners to the people they need.
Businesses to each other
A realtor, an inspector and a handyman can send each other work for years. Toni makes the introduction.
Owners to better tools
When a business wants a website, listings, social media or ads, Annie's team builds it and Toni stays the person they talk to.
