The problem

A rank report does not tell you what an AI says about you.

Traditional SEO reporting answers one question: where does your page sit on a results page. That question matters less every month. When someone asks an assistant who is the best roofer in Tulsa, they get a short answer naming two or three businesses — and most of the time they never scroll a results page at all.

That answer is built from what the web says about you: your own pages, your profiles, directories, reviews, and third-party articles. If those sources are thin, inconsistent, or wrong, the assistant either skips you or describes a business you would not recognise. None of that shows up in a rank report.

What you get
  • A branded scorecard: one overall score plus four subscores — AI visibility, search visibility, content readiness, and trust and accuracy
  • The actual prompts and the actual AI responses, with dates and engine names attached
  • Which of your pages, and which third-party sources, are being cited in your category
  • A side-by-side against the competitors you name yourself
  • Every factual error an assistant makes about your business, flagged and traced to its source
  • Your top five priority fixes, each with impact, effort and an owner
  • A 30/60/90-day action plan you can actually work through
  • A methodology and limitations page, so you know exactly what was and was not tested
Pricing

Find out what the assistants say about you.

The audit is one-time and is where everyone starts — there is nothing to compare against until you have a baseline. Monitoring is month-to-month afterwards and can be cancelled any time. Bought together with the other product, the combined monthly price drops by $100 — $300 a month for Insight with Essential, $700 for Performance with Growth, $1,400 for Managed with Managed.

What we do about it

We test it, we show you the evidence, and we tell you what to fix.

We build a set of real questions your customers actually ask — 30 of them for a standard audit, covering discovery, recommendations, problems, cost, comparisons, and questions about your business by name. We run them against the major assistants through their official APIs, several times each, and we keep every single response.

Then we read them. How often you are mentioned. How often your own site is cited as the source. How often you are actually recommended rather than just listed. Which competitors show up instead of you. And whether what the assistant says about your services and service area is even correct.

That evidence goes in your report alongside your Google Search Console numbers and a technical read of your site. Then a person at Annie's reviews all of it before you ever see it.

What this is, and what it is not

We do not sell you a chatbot ranking, because there is no such thing.

AI answers are not a ranking. They vary by engine, by model version, by location, and from one run to the next. Anyone who sells you a permanent position inside ChatGPT is selling you something that does not exist.

What we give you is repeated, dated observation across named systems, with the raw evidence attached, so you can see the pattern and watch it change over time. We test through official APIs, never by scripting consumer chat apps. And when we do not have enough data to score something, the report says insufficient data rather than quietly scoring it zero.

How it works

What actually happens.

1. Intake

You tell us your services, your service area, and who you consider your real competitors. You connect Google Search Console if you have it.

2. We build the test set

We draft the questions and the competitor list. You approve both before anything runs, so you are never surprised by what we asked.

3. Collection

We run the approved prompts across the assistants and pull your Google and technical data. Every response is stored as evidence, including the failed ones.

4. Analyst review

A person checks the results, throws out invalid runs, and verifies the factual claims against what is actually true about your business.

5. Your report

Scorecard, evidence, competitor comparison, priority fixes, 90-day plan. Nothing is released until we have reviewed it.

6. What happens next

We can do the work ourselves, hand the plan to your team, or put you on monthly monitoring so you can watch it move. Your call.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which AI systems do you test?

The major assistants that publish official APIs — currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity — plus your Google Search Console data and Google's own AI-feature reporting where it is available for your site. We name every engine and model version in the report, and we update the list as the field moves.

Is this the same as what I would see if I asked ChatGPT myself?

No, and we will not claim it is. We run controlled tests through official APIs, which is repeatable and auditable. Your personal answer is shaped by your history, your location and your settings. What we measure is the pattern across many runs, which is the thing you can actually act on.

How long does it take?

Plan on about two weeks from intake to delivered report. Most of that is the approval step and the analyst review, not the testing itself.

What do you need from me?

Your services, your service area, the competitors you actually compete with, and Google Search Console access if you have it. That is it. Without Search Console we can still run the audit; the search half is just thinner, and the report says so.

Will my scores go up?

We do not promise that, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we promise is that you will know exactly where you stand, with the evidence in hand, and you will have a specific list of things to fix. Whether they move the number depends on the work getting done and on how the engines change.

Can you do the fixes too?

Yes. That is what the Managed monitoring tier is, and it is also what our website, local SEO and content work already does. Plenty of clients take the plan to their own team instead. Either is fine with us.

What if an AI says something wrong about my business?

That is one of the more common findings, and usually one of the most fixable. Wrong services, wrong service area, a location you closed years ago. We flag every one, trace where the bad information is coming from, and put correcting it at the top of the plan.

How often should I re-run it?

Monthly is the useful cadence. The engines change often enough that a quarterly snapshot misses most of what happened in between. That is why monitoring is priced the way it is.

Let's talk about what you actually need.

A short call, an honest recommendation, and a written quote before anything is billed.
