Read the bold bit out loud too, so we know which answer is which.

"My name."

Your real name, then spell your last name.

"My handle."

Your main handle, and spell it. Then any others — Instagram, YouTube,

Facebook, wherever else you post.

"Where my people are."

This is the important one. Name the towns your audience actually lives in.

Not the whole state, not "the internet" — the actual towns. **Spell any that

are easy to get wrong.** Be generous; a town you mention is a town we can put

you to work in.

"What I cover."

The kinds of places you make videos about. Food, trades, shops, real estate,

whatever it is. Two or three is plenty.

"How to reach me."

Phone and email. Say whether you would rather be texted or emailed, and what

time of day is good.

"My business setup."

Do you have an LLC or a business name, or is it just you right now? Either is

fine — this is only so we know how to invoice you.

"What I charge."

What you charge a business now, if anything. **"I have no idea" is a real

answer** and a common one. We will talk you through what your work is worth.

"My gear."

What you shoot on, and whether you take still photos as well as video. Pages

need photos, so it matters.

"Sponsored work."

Have you done paid or comped posts before, and do you know the FTC disclosure

rules? If the answer is no, say no — we will walk you through it and it is

genuinely not complicated.

"What I want out of this."

The honest version. More money, steadier money, something to show people,

getting out of a job you hate. Whatever it actually is.

• This video — a link to it, wherever you keep files
• Your best piece of work — one video you are proud of. That is all the

portfolio we need.

What happens next

We type it up and send you a page showing every answer beside the exact thing you said, so anything we misheard is easy to spot. You fix it, you approve it.

Then we build your studio page and send you your studio key — that key is how you file features from then on.

We do not need your passwords for anything, ever. And we delete our copy of your video once we have the words out of it.
