Annie's Action AI · Member manual

Your own CRM, run by your own AI.

Your customers, prospects and follow-ups, kept in your own Google Drive and worked by your own AI assistant. It's part of your Annie's membership.

  • Your records stay in your storage
  • Your AI reads your Gmail and calendar
  • Nothing goes out without your yes

1What the big CRMs cost

First-year cost at each company's top tier, on yearly billing. Pick how many people will use it.

Each number is the top tier's list price × users × 12, plus any required one-time fee the company publishes. Usage charges and setup fees a company doesn't publish are not included. Every source is listed at the bottom of this page.

2What yours costs

The Annie's CRM runs on things you may already have.

3How it fits together

You talk to your AI. It reads your mail and calendar, keeps the sheet, and tells you who to call. Your records never leave your own accounts.

4Set it up

About twenty minutes, once.

  1. 1

    Have a Google account

The one you use for your business email is best, because that's the mail your AI will read. If you don't have one, make one free at google.com.

  2. 2

    Get your AI

Sign up at claude.ai with that same Google account. Start free to try it. Move to Pro when you're using it every day.

  3. 3

Make a project called "My CRM"

In Claude, open Projects and create one named My CRM. Every CRM conversation happens inside it, so your AI always has the same instructions.

  4. 4

    Give it the Annie's instructions

Copy the instructions in section 5 and paste them into the project's instructions, or download the file and add it to the project.

  5. 5

    Connect Gmail, Calendar and Drive

In a chat in your project, click the + button, then Connectors. Turn on Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.

The first time your AI needs one, Google asks you to sign in and allow it. Your AI only sees what your own Google account can see. It asks before it sends, replies or forwards an email.

  6. 6

    Say "Set up my CRM"

Your AI makes your My CRM - Contacts sheet in Drive, asks for your first five people one at a time, and offers to look through your recent email for more.

5Your AI's instructions

This is the file that makes your AI work the way ours does. Read it if you like: it's plain English, and you can change anything in it.

6Using it every day

Open your My CRM project and talk to it like you would a good assistant.

Every morning"What's on today?"
After a call"I talked to Sam at the feed store. Follow up next Tuesday."
Someone new"Add a contact: Dana Ruiz, Ruiz Roofing, met her at the chamber lunch."
Catching up"Who haven't I talked to in a month?"
Your pipeline"Show me everyone in Proposal."
Writing"Draft a thank-you to Dana." Your AI shows you the draft first.
From your inbox"Look through this week's email for new people."
BackupOnce a week, download your sheet to your computer. Your AI will remind you.
