These are the prices Annie’s publishes for this work, and every authorized business agrees to them. Unusual sizes, fragile materials, albums, restoration and extensive sorting are quoted separately. You get a written count and estimate before any scanning starts.

The discount applies to the individual loose-photo scanning charge only. Minimum project pricing still applies. Special handling, albums, restoration, digital organization, finished products, storage media, tax, and shipping are not discounted.
The business brings a high-end scanner and a laptop to you and works at your kitchen table. Nothing is boxed, nothing is shipped, nothing leaves your sight. For a collection you would never let out of the house, this is the way to do it.
They hand them to you on a drive and delete their copy before leaving — or they keep them so a memory book, gallery or slideshow can be made later. Your call, recorded in writing on the day.

Call-out covers roughly 30 miles from the business; further afield is quoted before booking. Time on site is billed from arrival to packing up, in half-hour steps after the first hour. Quantity discounts do not apply to on-site work — the equipment and the hours are the cost.
A phone screen is not the right answer for everyone. These businesses make easy-to-view books for parents, grandparents, and loved ones in nursing or assisted-living communities.
Pages can use larger photographs, high-contrast layouts, readable captions, familiar names, and a simple structure that makes the book comfortable to revisit. Families can add stories, dates, recipes, celebrations, and messages from loved ones.
Family photographs and identity documents can be irreplaceable and deeply personal. Every authorized business starts a project with clear written expectations about handling, access, delivery and deletion. Annie’s requires it of them.
Depending on where the business operates, you can drop off locally, have them come to you so nothing leaves the house at all, or send a tracked FedEx shipment. Annie’s is signing up authorized businesses area by area.
Drop-off is by appointment at the location the business gives you in your written project confirmation. They inventory the containers they receive and return your originals when the project is finished.
No shipping charge. Pickup or delivery outside their normal service area may be quoted separately.

Before you ship anything: the business’s intake and risk-acknowledgment agreement has to be signed and returned to them first. They confirm receipt and send shipping instructions. Do not send your materials until you have that confirmation.
Current 2026 FedEx One Rate list prices. Qualifying FedEx packaging is required. Actual shipping, signature service, extra declared value, packing materials, pickup, and surcharges are billed separately. A qualifying Small Box runs roughly $39.10 round trip before add-ons.
Original photographs, documents and keepsakes may be unique, fragile and impossible to replace. An authorized business uses reasonable care, but scanning and transport involve unavoidable risks, including bending, fading, scratching, separation from albums, equipment damage, fire, water, theft, carrier delay, misdelivery and loss. Materials are handed over at the customer’s own risk.
Your agreement is with that business, not with Annie’s Action AI. Annie’s does not scan, transport, store or take custody of your materials, and is not a party to the work.
