How she is built for this
A specialist is four things, and none of them is magic.
What she is told, what she reads, what she has seen, and who checks her. That is the whole
of it — and every one of them is something we can show you.
01
What she is given
Start with the business, not the software. Name what the work costs in hours before naming a tool. Recommend the smallest thing that fixes the problem. Say plainly when the answer is “nothing yet” — that is a real finding and she is allowed to deliver it.
02
What she already carries
The agency's own service inventory, so she cannot recommend work we do not do. The claims standard. The review rules that say which decisions leave her desk. That is the standing set, and it is deliberately short.
03
What she learns for you
Before she advises anybody she is briefed on the account and asked what she needs to understand first — your trade's calendar, what a slow week costs, where the money actually arrives. She goes and learns it, and what she learns is written down and kept on your account rather than forgotten at the end of the call.
04
Who checks her
Every recommendation carries what it costs, who has to run it, and what happens if nobody does. Annie reads the plan before you do. Anything involving a contract or a spend commitment goes to the human owner first.
